Nobody jumps up and down with excitement to have oral surgery but it is comforting to know you are receiving care from such a caring and knowledgeable team!

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we walked in the door. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Hinkle. We had a great experience at their Longview center. (We drove from Tyler) His nurse Laura was very friendly and kind to my daughter. They very informative.

My first experience here was not the best. The surgeon we spoke with was not on his best day. After voicing concerns about this surgeon operating on my 6 year old, the staff worked quickly to remedy the situation. The office manager called me to hear my concerns, and assured me she would take good care of my baby. We were rebooked with Dr Hinkle, who performed the surgery on my son. My son felt special, important, cared for and comfortable from start to finish. Everyone from office staff, to the nurses and especially Dr Hinkle were incredible. Laura was wonderful regaining my sons trust, as was April with comforting me while I waited during the surgery.

I recently had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Ryan Hinkle and his staff. I’ve got to say that I was treated with respect and professionalism. I came out feeling great and after 24 hours still feel that way. I would highly recommend Tyler Oral Facial Surgery and would definitely recommend Dr. Ryan Hinkle. His communication was specific and complete and the follow up was greatly appreciated.. Five stars for him and his crew.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I have been putting off having a broken wisdom tooth removed for about a year. A few weeks ago it started causing me excruciating pain and I finally had to make an appointment. Dr Hinkle’s office worked me in the next day. I was seen before my scheduled appointment. He was so incredibly kind and explained everything so well. I was scheduled for my procedure the next morning (today). Once again I was pulled before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was so efficient and kind. I have never been comfortable with anyone dealing with my teeth and I was so at ease in this office. Before I knew it I was awake and the procedure was done. From the front office staff to the nurses to Dr Hinkle, everyone was phenomenal. Thank ya’ll for the great work you do.

Very kind and thoughtful staff. They make u well welcome and comfortable when you're in a very insecure position. And Dr.Jaul is a sweet heart and very informative. I have been to a few oral surgeons and they're the most compassionate professional I have met. There a 10 out of 10!

So far so good the surgeon seems to be amazing and I hope so I've got surgery with him on the 30th and tbh I am scared of the procedure I just hope and pray it goes well

After research and a referral from my dentist, I chose Dr. Kourt Chatelain for the surgical part of my dental implant procedure! We completed the surgical parts of my implant procedures today and my experience has been exceptional! Dr. Chatelain and his team are amazing. Dr. Chatelain is a great communicator! He even personally kept my dentist in the loop. He listens, addresses your fears with options and takes special pride in the work he does for his patients! Highly recommend! So far so good!!!!! ❤️ Ask me again next week after the tooth is pulled. 01/30/25: now I have had 2 teeth pulled and the doctor is really good. I had them pulled without sedation and minimal pain during procedures. I saved money and sedation really was not necessary.

The staff here is amazing and gave us clear details on what to expect financially and in preparing for surgery. I highly recommend you visit them for your oral surgery needs.

Dr Jaul and her staff are awesome! They were very helpful in calming my fears and making it as easy as possible for me! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!
