Kourt Chatelain, DMD, FACS
Dr. Kourt Chatelain grew up in Ogden, Utah, and has built a career defined by both technical excellence and a genuine commitment to service. He earned his Bachelor of Integrated Sciences from Weber State University before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine — graduating with honors — at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2009. He then went on to complete his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Loma Linda University.

He has volunteered his surgical care on humanitarian missions in underserved communities across Bangladesh, Zambia, Peru, and Ghana — a reflection of the values he brings to patient care every day.
His clinical expertise spans the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including reconstructive bone grafting, dental implants, full-arch fixed implant prostheses (“All-on-X” permanent implant teeth), orthognathic and craniofacial surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, temporomandibular joint arthroscopic and laser surgery, distraction osteogenesis, sleep apnea surgery, facial trauma, and wisdom teeth removal.
Outside the office, Dr. Chatelain treasures time with his wife, Jamie, and their four children. When he’s not with family, you’ll likely find him restoring a classic car, hitting the mountain bike trails, or enjoying time on the water.
